Role:
The Head of Marketing for OGARAJETS will drive the strategic marketing and growth plan for the company. This person will be the steward of the brand’s voice and image, responsible for crafting a compelling and cohesive brand narrative that resonates with our elite clientele. This leader will also develop and execute strategies to increase brand and product awareness, generate high-quality referrals and leads, and foster client preference.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development & Brand Voice
- Craft & refine a compelling brand story that differentiates us in the minds of our target clients.
- Own and evolve the brand voice and messaging, ensuring it aligns with our values and resonates with our clients.
- Act as the brand ambassador, both internally and externally, maintaining a consistent and compelling narrative.
Strategic Marketing Planning
- Design a comprehensive strategic plan to accomplish marketing goals of awareness, preference, and lead generation. Analyze & iterate on the plan throughout the year to enhance effectiveness.
- Own & execute the activities of the marketing plan—from managing the marketing budget to leveraging resources to identify and prioritize marketing channels to ensuring development of all key deliverables.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Build a strong digital marketing plan for OGARA, including social media, SEO, email marketing, PPC, and content marketing.
- Develop targeted campaigns to drive lead generation and client acquisition.
- Utilize analytics and insights tools to measure program effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Strategy & Creation
- Ensure client-centricity in all elements of marketing.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, visually stunning content and storytelling assets that reflect the luxury nature of our services and create engagement among prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with creative partners and the sales team to develop visually compelling marketing materials, including photography, video, print materials, and digital experiences.
Partnerships, Events, & PR
- Cultivate relationships with strategic partners, influencers, and industry leaders.
- Develop PR strategies, sponsorships, and event activations to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
- Oversee high-end event marketing efforts that align with our clientele’s expectations and reinforce OGARA’s luxury brand image.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Industry Background:
- 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in luxury brands, high-end services, or premium lifestyle markets.
- Proven track record of leading marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth in a sophisticated, high-touch environment.
- Experience working in industries that cater to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), such as private aviation, luxury automotive, luxury real estate, yachting, or hospitality.
Brand & Marketing Expertise:
- A deep understanding of premium brand positioning and storytelling.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and social media engagement within the luxury space.
- A refined design sensibility and ability to craft compelling, high-end visual marketing materials.
Personal Attributes & Leadership Style:
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach; comfortable working at both high-level vision-setting and tactical execution.
