Community/Portfolio Manager

A strong, rapidly growing property management firm, Ogden & Company, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for our Community Manager position. Key Responsibilities of a Community Manager.  This position acts as a laision between the Board of Directors, homewoners and vendors to ensure the smooth operations of assigned communities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing homeowner concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with Boards to develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining community standards.
• Board Support: Facilitate and attend Board meetings, providing guidance and insights to help Boards make informed decisions.
• Vendor Oversight: Coordinate with vendors to ensure maintenance and improvement projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with community governing documents, policies, and applicable laws.
• Communication: Draft and distribute newsletters, notices, and updates to residents, maintaining clear and effective communication channels.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of contracts, homeowner correspondence, and Board meeting minutes.
• Project Management: Oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes and foster a sense of community by promoting positive relationships among residents, Board members, and staff.
