Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Concierge supports the residents of the Blatz Condominiums. Great Opportunity for students, retirees, and anyone looking to get into the property management business.
- Oversight of the Front Lobby and Concierge Desk.
- Must have a passion for elevated customer service; and must be ambitious, friendly, courteous, warm, compassionate and comfortable with diverse backgrounds and all age groups.
- Must possess a strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity.
- Ensure accurate tracking and delivery of packages and dry cleaning that are left in our care.
Coordinating all reservations for freight elevator as required. - Provide exceptional Customer Service by exceeding clients' expectations and needs.
- Effectively communicate operation malfunctions promptly to building management in a timely manner.
