A strong, rapidly growing property management firm, Ogden & Company, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for our Portfolio Manager position.
Portfolio Property Managers manage multiple condominium associations. With the management of the condominiums, the primary contact is with Boards of Directors, homeowners, and private contractors serving the association. This position includes initiating correspondence, assigning work orders and monitoring work, solicitation of bids, processing design review requests, preparation for and attendance of board meetings (usually in the evening), presentation of all financials, financial data review, and handling notices and violations.

- Manage and facilitate the daily operations of a condo real estate portfolio
- Schedule, solicit bids, & follow up with vendors and owners
- Work closely with admin support staff & accountants
- Prepare monthly and annual meeting packets - Attend Board meetings as scheduled
- Communicate and effectively interact with a variety of co-workers to make sure deadlines are met
- Interact with owners, and vendors to answer various questions regarding the property
- Review and answer questions regarding owner concerns and questions
- Work daily in Vantaca, a property management-specific software
- Take on-call emergency calls and direct them as necessary

- Previous experience in Condominium Property Management or Multi Family management a plus
- Working computer knowledge of the following programs: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Knowledge of Yardi and Vantica is a plus but not required.
- Ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to dive in
- Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred
- Real Estate experience a plus
- Strong ability to multi-task and work independently in a face paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to work effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people, clients, and situations.
