Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish.
- Meet with members/clients, manage timelines, and develop proposals within Jonas.
- Coordinate with vendors, oversee event set-up, and ensure seamless service.
- Hire/manage/direct event staff.
- Manage event budgets, calendars, and post-event follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Proven event planning experience, ideally in a country club or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and problem-solve under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Ability to negotiate vendor pricing.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
