Office Administrator
Reports to Dispatch Manager
Essential responsibilities:
Ensures our clients are greeted cheerfully and made to feel confident that their situation is our top priority. Explains our capabilities and rates effectively.
Responsible in part for sales of services and programs. Suggests appropriate services to clients.
Takes service calls from clients.
Manages client database for quality and correctness.
Monitors after hours calls and follows up with call team leaders, techs and clients.
Schedules, tracks and plans all service calls making sure all details, contact info are added appropriately.
Communicates service status and issues with clients.
Acts as liaison between field techs and clients.
Processes documentation from clients and field techs relating to job such as purchase orders, work orders, photos, videos, permits, reports etc.
Tracks status and locations of field technicians.
Follows up and processes transferred calls quickly and efficiently.
Ensures schedule column is being constantly monitored and processed.
Aids in onboarding process.
Tracks attendance of field techs.
Handles Customer inquiries / complaints – all levels of customer service.
Follows existing processes, communicating inadequacies to management team.
Communicates challenges and information to Leadership Team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
