SUMMARY
Assists with the daily operation of the pool. Ensures all guests have a safe, fun, and clean environment to enjoy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists customers in a friendly and timely manner.
Reports hazards to lifeguards or supervisor.
Performs general cleaning duties in the dressing rooms and rest room areas.
Cleans mirrors, sinks, floors as needed.
Hoses pool deck as assigned.
Lines up pool benches at close.
Assists lifeguards with tasks—such as vacuuming pool & locking / unlocking gates.
Picks up litter on the pool deck, splash pad, and lawn throughout shift.
Empties litter containers throughout shift and at close.
Informs supervisor of needed cleaning supplies.
Retrieves used towels from bins regularly throughout shift.
Washes pool towels regularly throughout shift.
Folds clean towels and takes to cashier regularly throughout shift.
Assists with birthday parties, including the setup and teardown process.
May work as pool cashier.
May assist with selling food & beverage at the pool.
May assist Pine Room staff with tasks in other areas of the park.
Interacts with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solves guest problems and complaints, and maintains harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 14 years old.
Must possess a neat appearance & enjoy interacting with the public.
Schedule includes : days, afternoons, weekends, and holidays. Must have weekend availability.
