What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Team Paralegal position at Ogletree Deakins?
- Paralegal certification / degree from accredited college or university is preferred.
- Paralegal experience is preferred, in particular working in a labor/employment practice and Class Action/PAGA matters.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams; Lexis-Nexis and WestLaw, Document Management System, expense and billing systems.
- Experience working with SmartSheet is preferred.
- Must have the ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks/projects with minimal supervision.
- Must be a self-learner with the motivation to continuously develop skillsets, particularly pertaining to ever-changing software and technology.
