We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees. Our fast-paced business immigration practice has an opportunity for a Business Immigration Associate to work with our Washington D.C based team! We provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes in various industries, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. This is a hybrid work opportunity open to candidates residing in the Washington D.C. or Raleigh, NC metro areas. Requirements: Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group. 4+ years of experience with employment-based visas (NIV and IV). Experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas is required. Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills. We are not working with outside recruiters for this position. In accordance with the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act, the expected salary range for this DC position is between $185,000 and $210,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
