We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with acute pain management needs.
- Utilize Athena EMR for documentation and patient management
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing and healthcare.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as an Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing, family practice and walk-in is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
