*Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate Homemaker to provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our clients. *Responsibilities* - Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Provide care for individuals with developmental disabilities and dementia - Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions - Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality - Offer companionship and emotional support to clients - Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized living space - Support individuals in their home and community care needs *Experience* - Previous experience working with people with disabilities is preferred - Knowledge of patient observation techniques - Familiarity with dementia care practices - Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to clients If you are a caring individual with a passion for helping others, we welcome you to join our team as a Homemaker.
