We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chief Nursing Officer. This position is a strategic healthcare leader responsible for directing the nursing and clinical operations to align with the organization's population health initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve health outcomes across communities, reducing health disparities, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. The CNO collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and organizational leadership to integrate nursing and clinical care with broader population health goals.
