Job Summary
The Youth Services Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing programs designed to support youth individuals from ages 12-18. Duties
- Develop, implement, and evaluate program initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial accountability.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including families, community organizations, and funding sources to enhance program visibility and support.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the behavioral health sector.
- Ensure compliance with all accreditation, licensing, and reporting requirements.
Experience
- Experience with JAICO and CARF accreditation is required.
- Degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred; experience working with youth individuals is highly valued.
- Proven experience in program management, including administrative functions such as budgeting and resource allocation.
- Strong supervisory skills with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Excellent relationship management abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in program development and evaluation methodologies.
- Familiarity with behavioral health principles and practices is advantageous.
- Knowledge of recovery and mental health best practices.

Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
