Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide clerical support such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Assist with order entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings
- Transcribe meeting minutes or other important documents
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform general office duties as needed

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental receptionist role is preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
