Ohel is seeking an intelligent, highly motivated and well-organized individual who has the ability to multi-task to fill a full-time dual position of Administrative Assistant and Quality Assurance professional. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include handling general office tasks, entering data in our Electronic Health Record, tracking paperwork, mailings, filing of documents and organizing schedules/events. Quality Improvement responsibilities include assisting in conducting ongoing internal audits of agency programs treating clients with psychiatric or developmental disabilities and working with the staff on improving their documentation. Successful candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be detail oriented. The candidate should be a multi-tasker who can successfully navigate a fast-paced professional team while promoting professionalism at all times. Candidates must have excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This full time position is based in Brooklyn.
