Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Care Associate located in Akron, OH. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good Analytical Skills to assess and address customer needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- High school diploma or equivalent
