Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Care Associate located in Akron, OH. The Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer interactions via phone and in-person, maintaining accurate records, assisting with paperwork, and providing information regarding BMV services and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good Analytical Skills to assess and address customer needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
