Luxe Brands is hiring a Full-Time Lead Sales Associate for our Ohio Bridal Outlet located in Jeffersonville inside Destination Outlets! If motivating empowering teams, training with consistency intention, and exceeding sales numbers is your jam, well – you’ve found your people! Ohio Bridal Outlet is an off-the-rack bridal company, it is the last destination for gowns within Luxe Brands and offers brides a designer gown at a heavily discounted price. We pride ourselves in providing the best and final possible discount on a wedding gown in a brick-and-mortar setting with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

  • Now, let’s talk #workperks ! While bridal is a niche market of retail – our hours certainly don’t reflect those of traditional retail hours [goodbye early mornings late, late nights!]. Also, pop the champs, we are CLOSED on all of those special holidays where big box retail finds it revenue worthy to be open. Candidates must be flexible with our full time schedule. This position will be scheduled 5 days a week averaging 40 hours. Weekends are required as well as three weekdays.

    Please note, all our positions require weekend hours. If that makes you second guess the position, this probably isn’t the right fit for you. We need our #weekendwarriors to have all the positive energetic vibes when they come in to meet all our Saturday Sunday engaged #futuremrs – so be excited you’re working the weekends, because that’s when our stores are bustling!

  • Ability to lift to 35 pounds for boxes mannequins, and move multiple gowns on hangers
  • Qualifications :

  • 1 years of proven work experience as a Sales Lead or Assistant Manager...Experience in Fashion Retail or Bridal is encouraged!
  • Must be extremely self-motivated, unapologetically goal-oriented 100% laser-focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient with Apple products and knowledgeable in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
