Luxe Brands is hiring a Part-Time Lead Sales Associate for our Ohio Bridal Outlet located in Jeffersonville inside Destination Outlets! Ohio Bridal Outlet is an off-the-rack bridal company, it is the last destination for gowns within Luxe Brands and offers brides a designer gown at a heavily discounted price. We pride ourselves in providing the best and final possible discount on a wedding gown in a brick-and-mortar setting with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Let’s talk #workperks! While bridal retail is a unique niche, we’ve got hours that stand out from traditional retail—no early mornings or late nights here! And the best part? We’re CLOSED on major holidays, while big-box stores are hustling to make extra revenue. However, candidates must be flexible with a full-time schedule. The Outlet is open 7 days a week, and this position requires working 3-4 days per week, up to 28 hours that includes 1 weekdays plus Saturday and Sunday.
Please note, all positions require weekend availability. If that doesn’t sit well with you, this might not be the right fit. We need #weekendwarriors who bring positive, energetic vibes to meet our Saturday and Sunday #futuremrs, as that’s when our store is at its busiest. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in leading shifts and operations.
- Guide brides through the gown selection process and help them find their dream dress.
- Be confident in working independently or as part of the team.
- Maintain a polished, professional store appearance and manage inventory.
- Help clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:
- 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
- 1 year of shift lead, supervisor, or management experience.
- Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Apple products and Google Drive.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Bridal experience.
