Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to oversee the coordination of equipment deliveries, installations, and training for a large strategic accounts. This role will ensure that each phase of the process—scheduling, training, and installation—runs smoothly and meets client expectations. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining detailed documentation, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Coordination: Manage the end-to-end coordination of deliveries, installations, and client training sessions for a large strategic account.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all deliveries, installations, and trainings with internal teams, logistics, and client stakeholders.
- Training Management: Ensure all necessary training for client teams is scheduled and conducted effectively, following up to confirm understanding and satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain and manage detailed project documentation, tracking progress and status updates using shareable spreadsheets and project management tools.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and the client, ensuring timely updates and addressing concerns throughout the process.
- Travel: Travel to client locations as required to oversee deliveries, installations, and training sessions, ensuring projects are progressing as planned.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any challenges that arise during the delivery, installation, or training process.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve coordination processes for greater efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, logistics, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing complex projects or large accounts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in shareable spreadsheet tools, including OneDrive, Smartsheet, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze project data and present actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.
