Compensation:
- Fantastic compensation plan with a realistic Year 1 target of $46,000 - $75,000 at plan.
- Compensation includes salary, commission, and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within a territory for each of the company’s product segments.
- Communicate regularly with current and potential customers, overseeing all sales activity within the assigned territory.
- Report sales activity via Compass and manage business through this technical platform.
- Collaborate frequently with inside support teams to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage workload effectively, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of product segments and their functional capacities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of sales experience.
- Competitive, positive attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Professional image and strong business acumen.
- Self-motivated with goal-setting capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Position Details:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- In-person meetings and daily prospecting required within the Cleveland area (depending on the assigned territory).
- This is not a remote position.
