What You’ll Be Doing
- Manages and directs mail operations staff
- Oversees fiscal replenishment of all postage accounts
- Remains in compliance with State and Federal postal rules and procedures
- Serves as liaison between customers, vendors and the United States Postal Service
- Formulates and recommends changes to policies and standard operating procedures impacting mail services
- Supervises assigned staff including facilitating staff meetings; assigning, monitoring and reviewing work; approving or disapproving time off; and conducting performance reviews
- Coordinates with delivery staff and oversees warehouse deliveries
- Orders equipment and supplies for Mailroom
- Maintains delivery equipment including scheduling maintenance, creating monthly reports and monitoring mileage and expenses
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
