What You’ll Be Doing
- Performs clerical tasks in support of policy processing teams, claims and Mailroom department
- Images employer documents transferred into Policy Processing Team workflow
- Assigns second level of categorization based on transaction type
- Types dates received and policy numbers as provided
- Places blocks on policies with invalid addresses in CoreSuite and uses available information to find policy and/or claims numbers
- Processes incoming and outgoing policy processing and claims mail, emails and faxes
- Performs daily correspondence duties including processing bank correspondence via bank website
- Reviews employer correspondence returned due to incorrect addresses and need for address updates
- Updates employer addresses using computer
- Or 6 mos. exp. as Office Professional 1, 12141.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
