Join Our Team as a CAT Rental Store Driver! At Ohio Machinery Co., we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch construction, power generation, and commercial HVAC equipment and exceptional service to our customers. We're looking for a dedicated and professional Driver to join our rental department and help us continue our mission of excellence.
Your Role: As a Driver, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our equipment is transported safely and efficiently to and from our customers and various locations. You'll play a crucial role in completing rental agreements and conducting thorough inspections of equipment before delivery and upon return.
What We're Looking For:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
License: Clean Class A CDL License, as required by company policy.
Experience: Prior truck driving and hauling experience is highly desired.
Key Skills and Qualities Desired:
Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with rental equipment is a plus.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent customer service with both internal and external customers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The functions of the position require lifting, carrying, and pulling up to 50 pounds. Standing and sitting up, moving up and down stairs, and climbing on and off delivery vehicles and into machines with be required. Functions of the position require normal dexterity and repetitive and frequent movements that require hands, wrists, and fingers. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
