What you'll do at OhioMHAS :
Relieves supervisor of routine administrative duties
Assist with program planning
Assist in coordinating patient activities and services
A ssist with patient supervision for various activities
Manages business functions of administrator's office
Works on special assignments & projects as directed
This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA / AFSCME bargaining unit (union) , with a pay range of #28 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule . Normal working hours are 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm. This position is located within our Northwest Behavioral Healthcare Campus at 930 South Detroit Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43614 .
Unless required by any applicable union contract and / or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.

Qualifications
Position Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :
18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in secretarial / administrative professional field.
For positions that require operation of motor vehicle to transport consumers to recreational, educational & / or occupational
activities, a valid driver's license is required.
