What You'll Do
- Under general supervision, maintains & updates the regional office case processing database (e.g., closure dates, routing information, case recommendations).
- Assists with routing cases & processing charges (e.g., walk-in, mail-in, online).
- Assists with preparing & submitting cases to Central Office for the Commissioner Agenda & the Confirmation Agenda
- Assists with responding to public records requests.
- Prints labels, creates & compiles reports, & prepares case folders for investigations.
- Provides assistance to assigned Task Force Team (e.g., prepares meeting agendas for primary & secondary strategy sessions, attends strategy sessions, takes notes & assists the Task Force Team with special projects, provides status updates to charging parties & respondents).
- Performs related clerical functions (e.g., answers telephones; responds to general inquiries; screens/refers calls; takes messages & greets visitors; updates & maintains filing system; creates intake packets; logs & distributes mail; maintains case logs; assists with regional payroll).
- Operates personal computer, photocopier machine, facsimile machine, & other general office equipment.
- Prepares outgoing mail.
- Proofs copy & makes corrections.
