Job Overview
The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is seeking experienced customer service professionals. As a Customer Service Assistant 2, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- answering calls from providers, applicants, and recipients
- responding to inquiries, requests for information and/or complaints that require knowledge of applicable laws, rules, policies as they pertain to a given situation and determining appropriate action for resolution
- operating a personal computer to research, enter, update, correct, delete or send data, retrieve data to verify and/or provide information, log and track calls and/or other information, and compose and/or generate reports and correspondence
- Or equivalent of Minimum Qualifications for Employment noted above.
