Job Overview
As a Central Processing Team staff member, your responsibility will include:
- Researches and responds to Legislative & Consumer Inquiries, in both written and verbal form
- Communicates via email and letter with internal and external stakeholders
- Supports eligibility determinations for specified populations
- Liaises with external central processing team
- Monitors and responds to policy questions related to presumptive eligibility
- Conducts user acceptance testing for upcoming eligibility system releases and updates
- Or 24 months experience as Medicaid Health Systems Analyst, (65291).
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above may be substituted for the experience required.
