The Ohio Department Of Medicaid (ODM) Is Seeking An Experienced Project Management Professional For Its MITS And Systems Operations Unit. As a MITS And Systems Operations IT Project Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing assigned project domain(s) for the Ohio Benefits System which covers all phases of project management in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (i.e., business requirements, development, testing, and implementation)
• Collaborating and coordinating with internal and external business stakeholders to ensure user needs and program requirements are integrated in the Ohio Benefits System
• Driving resolution and escalation of risks, issues, action items and decisions as it relates to the Ohio Benefits System
• Participating in the maintenance and ongoing operations of the Ohio Benefits system including release management, scope prioritization activities for defects, and change requests
  
  

3 yrs. exp. in project management (i.e., management & development of project/program requirements, design, development, testing/pilot, training & full scale implementation), with experience to be commensurate with project/program &/or position description on file (e.g., specific human service program area, management information sciences, fiscal); 12 mos. exp. in budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects.

• Or Successful completion of 2 yrs. post-secondary education majoring in business administration, public administration, computer science/information technology, social science, or health, with major being commensurate with project to be assigned; 12 mos. exp. in budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects.
• Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
