The Custodial Worker is responsible for housekeeping duties (e.g., dusts, mops, sweeps, buffs and waxes floors, scrubs sinks, toilets, countertops, walls and ceilings, dusts and cleans furniture and equipment, removes cobwebs, empties trash, washes windows and walls, polishes mirrors and glass, vacuums and shampoos carpet, changes linens, replenishes soap, paper towels and toilet paper, applies cleaning chemicals, secures/locks doors and windows) in all areas of the park including: restrooms, officies, shower houses, shelters, cabins, supply and linen rooms, and laundry facilities.
They may also sweep dirt and debris from exterior walkways and steps, remove litter from grounds, replace light bulbs, remove debris from building exteriors (e.g., leaves, rocks), preform minor grounds Keeping duties (e.g., leaf blowing, mow/trim grass, trim bushes, plant flowers), clean charcoal grills and picnic tables.
Equipment Operations: mop/bucket, broom, floor buffer, carpet cleaner, steamer.
Duty Assignments and Schedules: May vary from day to day based on assigned park operation.
Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license
Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check.
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $17.00 - $17.20 per hour
