Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Material Preparation: Review job travelers to determine the required material, process, and machinery. Set up and adjust machines to meet specified dimensions, ensuring each piece aligns with our commitment to "Make it Right and Ship When Promised."

Education, Work Experience, and Proficiencies:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read and interpret job travelers, procedures, and instructions.

Proficiency in reading tape measures and scales, performing mathematical operations with whole numbers and fractions in both standard and metric units.

Experience with various hand and power tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred: Experience in CNC operation, tool and die change/set-up, and over one year of overhead crane and forklift operation.
Physical Demands:

Engage in repetitive movements, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling materials of various sizes and weights for extended periods.

Regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds, using proper lifting techniques and available resources.
Work Environment:
