- Develop and refine rigorous protocols like SOPs and JSAs.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all safety measures and equipment checks.
- Direct regulatory compliance for hazardous work processes, including permit administration.
- Analyze safety data to discern patterns and propose strategic improvements.
- Daily inspections to detect and resolve safety infractions.
- Brainstorm and attend safety committee sessions for innovative safety solutions.
- Stay updated with the evolving laws and ensure the company aligns with current standards.
- Strategize departmental budget for fiscal efficiency.
What We Seek:
- Demonstrated leadership ability and management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of current OSHA policies and safety management techniques.

Academic and Experience Prerequisites:
- Degree in EHS or Business Management, with a preference for a Bachelor's.
- Safety professional with over five years of experience.
- Certification involving advanced safety training, notably OSHA.

- Extended sitting and computer-based work are expected.
- Ability to occasionally lift weights up to 25 pounds.
