Oversees and manages payroll processing; manages health, vision, and dental insurance; responsible for daily receipting of district funds; prepares quarterly tax documents; oversees and effectively processes office documents; greets and assists office visitors; answers and directs phone calls and takes messages; completes all other duties as assigned by the Treasurer.
Requirements include:
A valid High School Diploma or equivalent; good attendance record; high degree of proficiency in word-processing, database, and spreadsheet; professional attitude in dealing with the staff and vendors; must be accurate, efficient, and capable of handling detailed assignments. Preferred experience in accounting and/or payroll.
