Empathetic Caregiver Needed for Hospice Support

You possess a compassionate heart and understand the importance of providing dignified care to individuals in their end-of-life journey.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our hospice team to create a comforting atmosphere for patients and their families, prioritizing dignity and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

As directed by a Case Manager, you will provide end-of-life care and various services for hospice patients across multiple counties, observing, reporting, and documenting patient status, while offering empathetic support to patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • CNA certification
  • 1-2 years of experience as a CNA or hospice aide
  • Knowledge of hospice aide practices and procedures preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, insurance, and acceptable driving record
