What are the responsibilities and job description for the Small Parts Assembly position at Ohio Lumex?
We are currently looking for summer help for small parts assembly in our sorbent trap and consumables department(clean, safe and climate controlled). Ohio Lumex Co., Inc. is a leader in providing environmental testing and process control equipment, and support services.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and requested specifications.
- Maintain stock levels and inventory counts.
- Complete productivity and quality control records as required.
- Maintain clean and orderly work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Applicable skills and attributes:
- Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Commitment to excellence
- Ability to excel in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Routinely lifting up to 50lbs
- Electronics assembly experience a plus but not required
Drug test and background checks will be required
This is a temporary position with flexible day shift hours. The compensation will vary based on a candidate’s skills and experience.
