What We Need You To Do
- Review and verify complex state agency financial transactions.
- Monitor various reports for Uniform Guidance compliance with the Statewide Cost Allocation Plan preparation (backup).
- Provide guidance to state agency partners on the Statewide Cost Allocation Plan (backup).
- Analyze, reconcile, and prepare of complex state agency financial transactions.
- Coordinate Statewide Cost Allocation Plan issues and assist federal agency partners impacted (backup).
- Generate various reports utilizing OAKS and Business Intelligence to allow for the analysis of state and/or federal activity and to perform various calculations required by the Statewide Cost Allocation Plan (backup) and Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- Or 24 months experience as State Accounting Financial Analyst 2, 62212.
- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above. Note: Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 mos. of required government accounting experience reference in this portion of the minimum qualifications.
