The mission of OBM is to provide policy analysis, fiscal research, and financial management services to the Governor and state agencies, helping to ensure the proper and responsible use of state resources.
What we need you to do:
Review and verify complex state agency financial transactions.Review expenditure documents to ensure Petty Cash accounts activity follow OBM policy.Monitor various reports for Uniform Guidance compliance with the Statewide Cost Allocation Plan preparation (backup);Provide guidance to state agency partners on the Statewide Cost Allocation Plan (backup);Analyze, reconcile, and prepare of complex state agency financial transactions; Coordinate Statewide Cost Allocation Plan issues and assist federal agency partners impacted (backup); Generate various reports utilizing OAKS and Business Intelligence to allow for the analysis of state and/or federal activity and to perform various calculations required by the Statewide Cost Allocation Plan (backup) and Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

- Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above. Note: Successful completion of the Fiscal Academy may be substituted for 4 mos. of required government accounting experience reference in this portion of the minimum qualifications.
