What You Should Know About the Compensation Analyst Position:  
  • This is a Full Time position, M-F 8am-5pm
  • This is an on-site position located at our Administrative Offices in Centerville OH
  • We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey.  Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other tools to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
  • Maintains and updates salary pay grades as needed.
  • Maintain and audit job titles, job codes, and other job-related attributes in the HRIS.
  • Provides salary guidance for new hires and internal transfers.
  • Prepares and maintains job descriptions for all positions; assesses job duties to classify appropriate compensation pay range.
  • Processes compensation changes and corrections in HRIS.
  • Assist with the administration of merit increases, incentives, bonuses, and other compensation payouts. 
  • Review and recommend changes to special pay practices, as needed.
  • Assist in other activities and departments when requested.
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities to support the quality of Ohio’s Hospice services.
  • Precept new staff to support professional relationships with newly hired team members as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or a related field. 
  • Two years of experience as a compensation analyst preferred.
  • Computer skills sufficient to utilize HRIS systems and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to drive as required during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
  • Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
  • State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage]
