What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Compensation Analyst position at Ohio s Hospice Inc?
- This is a Full Time position, M-F 8am-5pm
- This is an on-site position located at our Administrative Offices in Centerville OH

Key Responsibilities:
- Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other tools to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
- Maintains and updates salary pay grades as needed.
- Maintain and audit job titles, job codes, and other job-related attributes in the HRIS.
- Provides salary guidance for new hires and internal transfers.
- Prepares and maintains job descriptions for all positions; assesses job duties to classify appropriate compensation pay range.
- Processes compensation changes and corrections in HRIS.
- Assist with the administration of merit increases, incentives, bonuses, and other compensation payouts.
- Review and recommend changes to special pay practices, as needed.
- Assist in other activities and departments when requested.
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement activities to support the quality of Ohio’s Hospice services.
- Precept new staff to support professional relationships with newly hired team members as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Two years of experience as a compensation analyst preferred.
- Computer skills sufficient to utilize HRIS systems and communicate effectively.
- Ability to drive as required during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
