Join Community Health Partners, LLC in providing Emergency Medicine Care at Highland District Hospital. Our group is seeking an ER Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to come on board with us!
- 14 Shifts per Month (Full Time Position)
- Average of 16,000 Patient Visits per Year
- Epic EMR
- 14 Emergency Room Beds
- 25 Inpatient Beds
- Subspecialty Support: Hospitalist Team, General Surgeon, Non-Interventional Cardiology, Non-Interventional Neurology, Orthopedics, Oncology, and Multiple Other Specialties
- Located within 1 Hour of Dayton, Ohio and 1 Hour 20 minutes from Cincinnati
- Full-Time - 40 hours/week
Community Health Partners (CHP) provides regional/community-based hospitals emergency department, hospitalist, and urgent care provider staffing throughout Ohio. Through a joint venture between OSUP Community Outreach and Community Emergency Medicine Partners, the group is committed to improving local continuity of care and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Completion of PA or NP program from an accrediated school institutionPA: Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) PA Ohio Licensure NP: Master's Degree from an accrediated school program Np Certified National Cert Exam completed OH Licensure
