Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support NIH Stroke Certification Job Details The UH OR has a hybrid OR suite that is utilized by Neurosurgeons who are endovascular specialized. The cases include diagnostic cerebral angiograms, treatment of strokes, ruptured aneurysms, AVMs, and carotid stenting. Documentation System Experience : Epic Must have EVAR experience Patient Age Group : Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Work Setting Experience : Outpatient, Inpatient, Operating Room, Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital General Skills Experience : PACS, C-ARM, Biopsies X-ray Procedure Experience : Surgery / C-Arm R / Angio / Special Procedures Experience : Stents, Angioplasty, Angiograms, Peripherals, Upper and Lower Extremity, Abd and Pelvic, Vascular Studies, Stroke Treatment. Job Requirements Required if candidate is using a compact license from any state other than Ohio. Check UD / Unit Cost Center Link to determine certifications required per unit. License Verification required within 30 days of start. Required for RNs, LPN / LVN, APs. Schedule Information The shift is negotiable as either 5x8s (6 : 30 a.m. - 3 : 00 p.m.) Monday-Friday, with on-call requirements for after hours and weekends. There will be a minimum of 125 hours of call per month required. Unit Specific Information Unit-Specific Competency Exam Required Dysrhythmia / EKG Exam required for ALL RNs WITHIN 1 YEAR OF START - must score a minimum of 80%.
