What You’ll Do
As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and verifying the quality of plastic components through the entire production process. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform daily inspections of samples taken by the production team
- Ensure all paperwork submitted by production team is completed in full and accurately
- Conduct lab testing on samples per company standards
- Perform melt testing of raw materials to ensure they meet standards
- Collaborate with team to identify and suggest quality improvement methods
Schedule
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday-Thursday: 6:00 AM-4:00PM
What We’re Looking For
Experience in plastics is not required – we’re willing to train if you have demonstrated success in a quality role in another industry. Please submit your resume online demonstrating the following:
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED is required
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Clear communication skills- both written and verbal
- Able to read and interpret technical documentation and reports
- Basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator accurately
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

This position includes a working environment that is indoors in a temperature-controlled office with occasional exposure to noise, when on the shop floor.
