What You’ll Do:
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand customers’ taxidermy needs and recommend the right products
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries with friendly, knowledgeable service
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Stay up to date on our full product line to provide expert guidance
- Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, goal-driven attitude
- Interest in taxidermy—or a willingness to learn the trade
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
