What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator-Professional Learning position at Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative?
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Assists the Director of ECS and the Chief Academic Officer with the daily functions such as creating and proof-reading letters and reports. Maintain files, record keeping and data management. Work with HR to onboard MOA contract staff and ensure all documents and contracts are obtained.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma and Secretarial or Administrative Assistant experience required. Associates in human resources or related field preferred. Must have computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, which may include Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Publisher. Must take initiative and work with minimum direction. Attention to detail, strong organization, and oral/written communication skills are necessary.
COMPENSATION: $16.57 - 19.23 - Based on a candidate's verified experience
