What are the responsibilities and job description for the Local Area Manager- Gallatin/Owen/Trimble EHS/HS position at Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative?
SUMMARY: Provide supervision to all teaching and support staff in designated locations. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to family services, administrative and classroom staff in the assigned geographical areas. Assess that overall program quality adheres to all state laws, licensing regulations, Head Start Performance Standards, OVEC Policy and Procedures, and instructions from Director and/or Specialists.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor degree in Early Childhood or related field required. Minimum three years of Head Start, Early Childhood, or related field experience. Management experience in supervision, coaching, and mentoring staff desired.
Compensation: $54,463 - $68,494 Based on Education and Experience.
