Position Summary :

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to assigned business units, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. This role involves providing guidance and support on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and performance management, to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Partnership :

Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR strategies to support business objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Workforce Planning :

Assist in the development and execution of workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition needs analysis, retention, and succession planning.

Analyze workforce data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.

Employee Relations :

Address employee relations issues by providing guidance, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair resolution.

Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and addressing workplace concerns proactively.

Performance Management :

Support the implementation and management of the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

Coach managers on handling performance-related issues and improving team dynamics.

Talent Management and Development :

Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify training needs and support employee development programs.

Facilitate career development discussions and assist in creating development plans for employees.

Change Management :

Support business units during organizational changes by developing and implementing change management strategies.

Assist in communicating changes to employees and ensuring smooth transitions.

HR Metrics and Reporting :

Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.

Prepare and present HR reports to leadership on various aspects such as employee engagement, retention, and workforce analytics.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or similar position.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications :

Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.

Proven track record of successful change management and organizational development initiatives.
