Position Summary :
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to assigned business units, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. This role involves providing guidance and support on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and performance management, to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Partnership :
Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR strategies to support business objectives.
Assist in the development and execution of workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition needs analysis, retention, and succession planning.
Address employee relations issues by providing guidance, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair resolution.
Support the implementation and management of the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify training needs and support employee development programs.
Support business units during organizational changes by developing and implementing change management strategies.
Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.
