Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provide HR strategies to support business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Assist in the development and execution of workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition needs analysis, retention, and succession planning
- Analyze workforce data and trends to provide insights and recommendations
- Address employee relations issues by providing guidance, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair resolution
- Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and addressing workplace concerns proactively
- Support the implementation and management of the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans
- Coach managers on handling performance-related issues and improving team dynamics
- Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify training needs and support employee development programs
- Facilitate career development discussions and assist in creating development plans for employees
- Support business units during organizational changes by developing and implementing change management strategies
- Assist in communicating changes to employees and ensuring smooth transitions
- Utilize HR metrics to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making
- Prepare and present HR reports to leadership on various aspects such as employee engagement, retention, and workforce analytics.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or similar position
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR
- Proven track record of successful change management and organizational development initiatives
