- Prepare and review documents, ensuring all necessary information is included and accurate.
- Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, lenders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in title processing or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Proficient in phone skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
