Description
Summary : According to established policies and procedures, relays incoming and outgoing telephone calls, and operates public address or paging systems. Provides answering services for doctors by receiving and relaying messages. Responds to codes and alarms by notifying appropriate personnel. Types messages, and maintains related files and records.
Minimum Qualifications :
High School or GED (Required)CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - American Red Cross
Must become CPR certified with American Heart within 6 months of hire (this is dependent on home location; i.e., , not applicable to all locations). Excellent verbal skills and have the ability to work simultaneously on several assignments. Six months to one year in high call volume environment.
