Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs
- Document patient information accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements:
- CURRENT Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
- BLS certification
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
