Key Responsibilities
As an LPN at our facility, you will be responsible for supervising the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members, providing safe and accurate medication-related interventions, assessing guests' health, notifying physicians of changes, developing and implementing plans of care based on assessments, and selecting and instituting appropriate nursing interventions. You will also contribute to guest assessments and plan development, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
