As a Registered Nurse on our Med Surg Unit 1, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and families in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care services for assigned patients.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs)
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio
- BLS certification
- BSN required at 5 years of employment
